Biz Burdayiz brings customers, service providers, and platform operators into a connected service experience. Customers request the assistance they need, nearby providers propose prices, and both parties can negotiate until they reach an agreement.

The Challenge

Coordinating roadside services requires more than locating the nearest provider. Different services and areas have different coverage and response needs, while customers and providers need a clear way to agree on a price. The platform needed to manage provider discovery, offers, negotiation, and subsequent search rounds, while giving administrators control over how these processes operate.

Our Solution

SheenValue delivered system analysis, workflow planning, API specifications, UI/UX design, and development of the customer app, provider app, and admin panel. Both mobile apps support iOS and Android, with Arabic, English, and Turkish interfaces.

How Provider Matching Works

1. Find nearby providers: The platform identifies candidates based on the requested service, location, and configured search settings.
2. Request price offers: Selected candidates receive notifications inviting them to propose a price.
3. Negotiate and agree: Customers and providers can negotiate before agreeing on the service price.
4. Continue to other candidates: If no agreement is reached, the system sends the request to other candidates in a subsequent round.

Operational Settings by Area and Service

Administrators can configure the provider search process for each service within each area. This allows the team to adapt dispatch behavior and commercial settings to local operating needs.

• Search radius: Define the geographical range used to find provider candidates.
• Customer order waiting time: Configure how long a customer order waits during the search process.
• Provider offer time: Set the time available for candidates to submit offers.
• Candidates per round: Control how many providers receive the request in each search round.
• Commission rate: Configure the platform commission for the relevant area and service.

Communication, Tracking, and Feedback

Administration and Technology

The admin panel combines operational settings with live statistics for revenue, orders, and providers. A real-time map displays active provider locations, helping the operations team follow activity across its service network.

The mobile apps are built with Flutter, the backend with NestJS, and the admin panel with Next.js. These connected components support request handling, price negotiation, location updates, and administrative oversight.
