An event platform needs to support different journeys: attendees want to discover relevant activities and request to attend, while organizers need tools to create events and manage participation. Luma needed to bring these journeys together with online payment and ticket validation, keeping the experience clear for both individual and organization accounts.

SheenValue designed the user interface and experience and developed a single website supported by an admin panel. Users can explore events and request attendance, while both individual users and organization accounts can create and manage events through the website.

The platform connects these workflows with event calendars, location maps, and notifications. Stripe provides online payment functionality, while QR-code validation supports checking tickets at the event.
