Trippeek is a multi-sided hotel booking and travel services platform designed for travelers, hotel teams, transportation providers, and platform administrators. The product combines customer booking journeys, hotel operations, transportation services, payment workflows, and partner integrations into one scalable digital platform.

The Challenge

The platform needed to go beyond a simple hotel listing experience. It had to support real booking operations, live availability checks, hotel inventory management, transportation service workflows, payment processing, and administration tools while keeping the customer journey smooth and reliable.

Our Solution

SheenValue built Trippeek as a connected product ecosystem using Flutter, Laravel, Next.js, and PostgreSQL. The solution includes customer mobile apps, a responsive website, hotel portal, transportation provider portal, admin dashboard, payment integrations, PMS connectivity, and an availability engine designed to support accurate search and booking decisions.

Core Platform Capabilities

• Customer booking experience: Web and mobile journeys for searching hotels, viewing details, comparing options, checking availability, and completing reservations.
• Availability engine: A dedicated availability layer built with Next.js and PostgreSQL to process hotel search criteria, date ranges, room availability, and booking logic.
• Hotel portal: Operational tools for hotel teams to manage rooms, availability, reservations, guests, pricing, invoices, and updates.
• Admin dashboard: A central back-office workspace for managing hotels, bookings, guests, finance, marketing, reports, content, and system settings.
• Transportation provider portal: Provider workflows for transportation and roadside services such as taxi, towing, battery support, and tire assistance.
• Payments and PMS integrations: Integration support for online payment flows and hotel PMS connectivity, including synchronization with hotel availability and reservation systems.
• Partner API foundation: A technical base for future B2B partners and distribution channels to connect with Trippeek services.
